Highland Halter Tops are a combination of an athletic bra, blouse sleeves, and a detachable dickey. Sleeves are made with polyester-cotton blend eyelet material and are elbow length with adjustable elastic for comfort. The dickey is available in polyester-cotton blend scalloped edged eyelet.
