Place An OrderHave your ordering information ready and call, fax, or email, Stacey or Simon anytime between 9:00am and 9:00pm Mountain Time to place your order. If we can not take your call, please leave your telephone number with your area code on the voice mail system and we will call you back, usually within 48 hours or less. Mail to: We typically carry a large stock of Highland shoes, Jig shoes, and all accessories, and can ship these items within one week. For Highland and National costumes our shipping time is dependent upon our current inventory. We will let you know when confirming your order, exactly when your shipment will be sent. We will also discuss various shipping options with you at that time, in order for you to determine your desired shipping cost. ThistleDew Dance Wear is not responsible for improperly ordered products. If you are unfortunate enough to order a costume, shoe or accessory in the wrong size or colour, or are dissatisfied it is your responsibility contact us immediately and send the unused product back, with a copy of the receipt, to ThistleDew Dance Wear on a prepaid shipping basis (where you cover the shipping cost). In the event of a manufacturer defect, shoes may be returned (as long as the shoe has not been altered) within one month of purchase, with a copy of the receipt, and will be repaired at no charge. Due to the customization involved in Tartan Socks, there will be a 50% non-refundable charge to returns. Please take extra precautions when ordering and measuring to ensure that you get what you want in your shipment. Due to the varying methods of shipping available (land, air, express) we give our customers the option to choose the shipping option that best suits their time and price needs. ThistleDew Dance Wear will contact you upon the receipt of your order to discuss the various shipping methods and prices available to you. The price of shipping will be added to your invoice. ThistleDew Dance Wear does not guarantee delivery dates. Once the package is in the hands of the shipper all responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of goods shifts to the transporting agent. ThistleDew Dance Wear DOES NOT assume any liabilities relating to delivery date of goods shipped or delays in delivery caused by weather, government authority, customs, shipper, or any other cause.
